ROW80 – Round 1 – Check-in #7

Time for Wednesday’s ROW80 progress update.

Writing Goals:

  • Complete outline of WIP
  • Write 1750 words a week, on average 250 words a day (can be on WIP or other writings like flash fiction, character development, world building etc)
    552 words so far – on track for this week
  • Finish James Scott Bell book
  • Read 2 other writing craft books

Social Media Goals:

  • Blog – post 4 times a week
    3 down – 1 to go
  • Blog – post ROW80 progress reports twice a week (Sunday and Wednesday)
    Wednesday – done
  • Tweet/Comment on at least 10 blogs a week
  • Comment on 1 new blog per week (ROW80 or otherwise)

Healthy Lifestyle Goals:

  • Cardio – 3 times a week (Monday, Wednesday, Saturday)
    1 done – 1 scheduled for tonight
  • BowFlex – 3 times a week (Tuesday, Thursday, Sunday)
    1 scheduled for tonight
  • Maintain a daily food/migraine journal

  2. Nice job, Natalie! Maybe I should add goals like naps, and biting my fingernails. LOL!

  3. Blog once a week, but would like to do more often, if life and children didn’t interfere so much. Doing good with exercise and diet, except when I see ice cream. Doing good with the editing part of my book.

    • It’s really hard to incorporate more blogging with an already full and demanding day-to-day world Marie. I feel you there. But it sounds like you are kicking BUTT on editing your book and with exercise and diet (we are ALL weak around ice cream…LOL)!! Keep up the great work!

  7. Great job as usual, Natalie. Kudos to you for keeping up with your exercise goal. Hubby and I started P90X, and holy sh*t is it rough. My legs are killing me, lol.
