Urban Word Wednesday: Netglow

Welcome to Urban Word Wednesday! New words, phrases, and sayings I am learning (and using in my day-to-day life) brought to you by ME…and the Urban Dictionary. You are gonna love these!

Netglow: someone (or something) that is better online than in real life (experienced extensively in the online dating world).

Examples Of Use:

“You remember Clark? I met him in real life and he is really below average without the netglow.”

“Shitty…you’ll have to keep your relationship strictly virtual!”

Ever meet someone with serious netglow? Share the wealth…

  1. I love your Urban Word Wednesday. I’ve managed to get all your words into my daily lexicon. This one will take some doing, but I’ll make it work!

Can it be reversed? As in, Natalie’s netglow totally didn’t do her justice, she’s way hotter in real life!

    • ROTFL!! I LUV it!!! Yes yes yes you can reverse it. That’s uberlicious!! LOL!!!

I know, I’ve been having a HOOT of a time working these into my real life world. I love the raised eyebrows I get and hubby and I have a blast with them. LOL!!

  2. LMFAO. Netglow – that’s a good one. Fortunately, I’ve only met one of my online friends in real life, and her netglow rocks:)

    • LOL!! That’s AWESOME Stacy!! I’ve had some friends who’ve run into some serious netglow issues with people posting pictures of themselves obviously a few years (if not decades) old…LOL!!!

  3. Good thinking ladies! Natalie definitely has netglow extraordinaire!

  4. What a great word. It says so much.

  5. Nancy J Nicholson says:

Love it. Will you publish this new dictionary?
