Two years ago, my beautiful mother-in-law’s life was cut tragically short by an impaired driver and my stepson’s life changed forever. In honor of Donna and Jordan Kennie, please don’t drink and drive. Impaired driving is 100% preventable. Think about it.

P.S. Remember, hubby and I are on vacation until April 23, 2012 but have fun and talk amongst yourselves!
More blog deliciousness here:
- Stellar post by my good friend Tameri Etherton on whether social media is all just on big song and dance.
- Loved Roni Loren’s post on are you hiding behind a wall on your blog. Great tips and tricks to getting real online.

Wow, that says it all! I will never understand why someone would drink and drive. It’s something I have never done and never will do. Sure, I’ve totally embarrassed my drunk self in front of a taxi driver before, but I think they find it entertaining. Um, somehow I missed your Urban Word Wednesday post this week. I will rectify that now.
holy mackerel. that is effective. the other point it makes so strongly is why would you get in the car with someone who has been drinking and insists on driivng. we’ve got a trial here in calgary right now…promising young hockey players coming home from a party. the driver was drunk. i don’t know about the passenger except he’s dead. such a tragedy. don’t drink and drive. don’t get in a vehicle with a drunk driver.
simple.
Powerful, Natalie! Hope you and hubby are enjoying your vacation!
If this doesn’t get the message across, I don’t know what will! It defies understanding. Passing it on immediately!
(Did I just see you and Scott on youtube leading the conga line around the resort…?)
WAHAHAHA!!! Absolutely YOU did! LOL!!
Thanks, Natalie.
Thank you for posting another great video that sends such a powerful message.
Thank you for continuing to spread such an important message. As I’ve mentioned before, I’ve lost a loved one to a drunk driver too, and it baffles me as to how people can continue to try to drive drunk.
Once again you find the best stuff to help spread the word. Very, very powerful! Thanks so much for the shout out. You are such an amazing woman, truly you are. Thanks again for keeping this subject fresh in everyone’s mind.
Awwww…thank you Tameri!! As are you!!!
